So I ran across this site on Pinterest last night and I thought that I'd check it out.

The concept is simple: Keep a five year journal. Now I know that seems daunting. At first, I was like WHOA! Five years? I can hardly write in my blog once a month. But as I read more, it appeared that all you did was write ONE line every day. One snippet, one thought.
Now, I wish I would have found this before the new year so that I could start on January 1st but c'est la vie. I will start on April 15th. There's more info on the site that I encourage you all to read. What's she's done is provide PDF's of writing prompts for each day of each month to answer.
What I'm doing is keeping a word document (that I will back up on a flash drive) for each month so that I can open it and jot down the answer to each prompt. At the end of each month, I'll post it up here! And I challenge each and every one of you reading this to do the same, in whatever medium you prefer. At the end of the five years (April 15, 2019 for me) you can look back and see how much has changed.
